I adopted a dog in Dec 2009 who had a 24PetWatch chip previously implanted. I was given a Registration Document and Change of Ownership Form to send in. Both were mailed on Dec 6,2009. On a fluke, I decided to go online & check the chip registration of my various pets (Home Again & 24PetWatch).
