I contacted 3 day blinds. Your customer care representative, Melissa Cierpich asked for my name to look up my account from long ago. I also sent her a picture to help of the clip to hold the valance. She then sent me an email stating the clips would arrive in 7 to 10 days. The valance is back up do to 3 day blinds professional assistance.
