Clear directions given and I especially appreciate when they tell us as a train is approaching while we are still climbing stairs to the platform so as not to miss the train.2/5(113)

Sitting on a train at Salisbury should be nearly at Waterloo as was due there at 3 o'clock , What a joke we were told this train would be terminating at Salisbury and we would have to get the 2.21 ( the next train to Waterloo) only to be then told that we could sit down as this train is now the 14.21 to Waterloo arghhhhhh I have been on this train since 11.55 and feel I have spend more time ...2.2/5(12)
