May 08, 2013 · I was asleep and after repeated SMS alert sound and two calls from your security team I got up and found all SMS alerts on my mobile. I immediately called SBI Card customer care and asked to block the card by 12:30 am of 17.4.13. Then I was answered that that automatically it is made blocked by SBI security team.
IMPORTANT: State Bank of India never ask for your user id / password / pin no. through phone call / SMSes / e-mails. Any such phone call / SMSes / e-mails asking you to reveal credential or One Time Password through SMS could be attempt to withdraw money from your account.NEVER share these details to anyone.
