I really would not recommend Toucan as a provider, especially as Waitrose broadband which I switched to provide a substantially quicker connection, a much better customer service and technical support, which is also free to call. I think paying a little extra each month for the broadband connection

i have collected quite a dossier on the complaints about "trashcan" and have told them to expect my solicitors letter. my internet connection would have been better with two empty bean cans and a length of string. toucan are to broadband what julie andrews is to deep throat!! stay well clear. i gave them one star as no lower score was available

M1 seems to offer the best value for money. You hear complaints about them sometimes, but overall they're ok. M1 appears to primarily use PCCW and Telstra Global as upstream providers, which is fine. Only concern is that they don't have a majority shareholder and may soon be taken over by Keppel/SPH. No idea what may change once/if that happens.
