HOWEVER, the supplemental plan for dental, vision and hearing is an administrative and accounting black hole. I work for a dental office in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I have a patient that has presented new insurance today. It is the AARP Medicare Complete from Secure Horizons. I was able to contact the dental customer service to get benefits by the number listed on the card, but they did not have a claims address to send out for treatment payment.
