Nov 29, 2016 · It should be up to ABSA to apease its clients first and foremost, I have lodged a dispute regarding the rejection of our claim with your AIS complaints division and have had no reply from anyone as of yet, surely your first response should be to follow up on the dispute before just referring me to the ombudsman, easy way out if you ask me.

I've claimed for damage to my property 19 Dec 2013, to date it has been impossible to get hold of ABSA. It is impossible to get hold the dept. handling the claims, strangely you can get their messaging dept. who will gladly take down your details for somebody to call back.

Jan 23, 2020 · ABSA has just debited an amount of R16111.94 from my ABSA Savings Account without my consent or any notification. Apon contacting customer care, I was told to call the collections department. After getting through to the Collections Department I was informed that funds were debited due to my Personal Loan outstanding debt which is in arrears.
