Apr 19, 2017 · I took TOP UP Cover from ABSA iDirect since 2011, I had an accident on 20/07/17 with a 2015 Golf 7 GTI & the Insurance paid the Retail Value which is understandable but they deducted 5% for high mileage of 109 000km, the TOP UP cover is also refusing to settle the shortfall and are also using high mileage as their excuse.
