Jun 04, 2009 · Unfortunately the biggest gripe of Dodo customers, which is the "internet that flies" claim, doesn't seem as though it will be addressed under the powers of the ACCC & TIO. Quoting from the article they only seem interested in: "Misleading advertising, unfair contracts, inadequate disclosure and subscription scams are all in the ACCC's sights."
