On 2/14/2012 my prepaid card was restricted because unknowingly I exceeded a 3000.00 card to card transfer limit. I contacted Accountnow on 2/14 and they ask that I fax in my license, social card, and a current bill. Promptly I faxed the items from firestone where I was having my truck fixed and my card was declined. I have 2570.00 on this card.

Cons. this was one of the worst jobs I ever had. No Support from Management. They do Not tell you that the people that get these types of accounts Cannot Qualify for a regular bank account so you have to educate consumers about Basic Banking (ie how to balance your check book!) calls were VERY ESCALATED and Management will not take a call even if customer asks for a manager.1/5(10)
