My school gives out acer laptops to students, and they do NOT work well. I do not recommend getting an acer. The quality is low, and it does not function well. Although acer is cheaper than other brands, it does not work as well as other computer brands.

Acer emailed me a few days later with pictures of the laptop (which was sent to them in perfect condition) which had two corners completely smashed in and claimed I had sent it that way!! They then tried to get me to pay for a replacement screen! I haven't had a good experience with Acer and really recommend that you go elsewhere for your laptop.
