Dec 11, 2017 · The article and thread title are misleading. The program was falling apart, the residents complained to the ACGME, and then the hospital pulled the plug. The hospital would likely have pulled the plug regardless of whether they complained or not, and the title suggests that the ACGME shut down the program which isn't what happened.
