Adobe is the worst customer service company to exist. They made me wait 45 minutes on their live chat when I clearly made the request to cancel my membership. I have screenshots of the clearly communicated request and them letting the chat timeout and make me run through it again and no actually resolution from it.

I contacted Customer Care to ask for help and see if they could help me with my subscription. I was transferred to an Adobe Representative called Michelle. This representative was very abrupt in her replies.

CONS: Sometimes Adobe crashes when the program has been opened for lon period of time, when you perform multiple sessions or when lot of PDF files are open and it crashes when Adobe is in “Edit” mode. When the program is in “Not responding” state then you need to close it so you can clear the error and continue with the task.8.3/10
