Set up bundle with ATT uverse on there websight. Set up appt and 2 days before sced. appt. they sent someone out to my house for a pre-inspection. This Att employee was very nice and spent about an hour inspecting house- drove up the street- inspected pole- and said everything was go and to have a nice day. Day of install my wife sits and waits.

Even known 8O% of the reviews I decided to give it a try. I called May 21 to order the service and they said the next available appoinment was May 31, between 9 and 11 am. I told them ok let’s do it.
