First of all, Sears owns A&E Factory Service. I worked for them for 2 1/2 years. I was issued a great condition company van. Anytime I had issues with it I was permitted to get someone to work on it. I am writing about a complaint for A&E factory services in Cincinnati Ohio- Ohio Valley District. First off they came out to fix this same problem when my appliances were still under warranty over a year ago and ceased to correct the problem, the second time around I gave them the benefit of the doubt because we identified it was the actually the washer and not the dryer causing the problem.
