An AEP service tech did an on-site evaluation for service at 1794 Whites Creek road, Prichard WV, 25555 to determine what was needed. He said we would receive an invoice for $800 + dollars which had to be paid before we could be scheduled for hook up. today is seven days later and still no invoice.
