I was the unfortunate victim of XLN's academy training' too. Are they allowed to do this by law? - They'd make you go out and get contracts - at least 2 a day (although the minimum requirement goes up to 3 in your third week of the academy training') and if you fail to do this you are fired instantly on the spot!
