May 22, 2016 · My suspicion is that Aer Lingus are inundated with complaints from crackpots about non-issues like the tea not being hot enough or there being insufficient storage above their seat. As a result, the process has been designed like this. Your reluctance to disclose the nature of your complaint does not help your argument.

Lucky you! No word from them and no luggage the entire vacation. Not a single call from Aer Lingus regarding the bag. It was carried -on the first leg of the journey and then told it had to be checked because they switched us to a smaller airplane.Fine.
