Sep 22, 2017 · Agoda had a better price, so I booked it through them. The web page said that breakfast is included in the price. When I got the confirmation and the voucher, it says that breakfast is not included. This is a business trip; I need the breakfast every day. So total, the Agoda reservation will cost more than a direct reservation through the hotel.

As per my phone conversation with Agoda representative yesterday, April 2, 2019, I was advised that I call the property owner whose booking I canceled in my Agoda account for them to email Agoda so that Agoda can reinstate my canceled booking. I called the Property Manager and she said she emailed Agoda already and still waiting for the response.

Dec 07, 2019 · I gave them the email date whereby I requested cancellations. Agoda then highlighted that the ID no. is different: first hotel was 227365365 and the second hotel was 227363569. I then rechecked through my email and was actually surprised to see that there was a confirmation for the second hotel and both are confirmed on the same date!

I think agoda make money out of deliberate scams. I made hotel reservation with agoda, the hotel booking add was providing some misleading information,pictures and high ratings like 10/10 exceptional , 3 stars hotel with 7.6 points very good rating also Free cancelation, pay when you check in option etc.

Yesterday, I booked a 12 night stay at Fraser Place Central Seoul, South Korea using the agoda website. I had a terrible experience dealing with the agoda customer service staff via email because I asked them to produce a receipt that shows the hotel rate that is separate from all the extra taxes.
