Aug 20, 2018 · AirAsia caused us to miss a full day and half of our honeymoon because they did not properly warn us of where their layovers were. Also, the customer service from Sonia Nagaa while in Chennai was terrible. She was disrespectful and very unaccommodating.

For a 40 minutes flight it is a robbery. It should be more like USD50 to $60. AirAsia is also trying to nickel-and-dime (American sayings, same thing like duit mata in Indonesian language) to suck every dollar out of you. There is little customer service, the experience of booking thru their website is terrible. You falls into many trap.

Not even is it terrible the customer service is completely lacking and none existent. We arrived to the airport in Bali to talk to the air Asia representatives directly. They told us it was our fault that we missed flight and the only flights we could take was another one that was 3 times the cost of my original flight.

Not sure if AirAsia Malaysia would even bother to read this feedback rather complaint, but I can tell you that this kind of service is damaging your reputation unless you step in by educating your staff on how to deal with passengers.3.5/5(92)
