After many claims from my side Auto Europe refused to help me with their agent and refused to compensate me overcharged 645 EUR. Now I transfer this case to EU authorities as this is rude and direct violation of the contract from Auto Europe side. It also means that the reputation of Auto Europe costs less than 645 EUR.

Auto Europe is an excellent company. It also offers a toll free line back the main office, if you were to need them. Their first quote is usually Europe Car. I prefer not to use them, so I always ask for the next quote. Your rate will depend on the country and what has to be included. In some countries, like Italy & Ireland, insurance is mandatory. Tax's are usually included, except for your road taxes.

I have used Auto Europe for 10 years… I have used Auto Europe for 10 years and have found the pricing and service to be first class. Great shame that some of the rental companies are shambolice with required documentation and untrustworthy when they shoo you out the door when busy with little checking of car then on return CSI scrutiny.

Auto Europe's terrible reputation has reached critical mass, which is why you have trouble finding local applicants. The CEO is famous now, and no one with other options will tolerate his abuse.
