Jan 02, 2018 · We have attended Airth Castle Hogmany Ball on 3 previous occasions over a period of 10 years and can now compare a huge drop in the standard of service. It is very obvious they are squeezing in more tables, the young girl serving our table struggled to move between the tables to serve the food.1/5

Problems in each different area of the hotel. The service and attitude of some of the staff in the restaurant is appauling. Even on complaining to the managers at the hotel is pointless. as nothing is done about. Saying "sorry" with no real meaning is far too easy! Airth Castle. you need to follow up customer complaints.
