Jan 15, 2020 · I have recently purchased my last item and will not refer QVC to any of my friends or family and all that I know shop there will hear a month full from me about their poor service. QVC easy pay service is a terrible service also it gives them unlimited access to your Credit card and they can, and do charge your account anytime they want.

I'm going to bite the bullet and get it for her Got a little skittish b/c I'm new to QVC, and I read that, and another page from consumer affairs with lots of complaints, but the more i read them, the more I realized 99.9% of the people complaining always had an excuse as to why they had failed to make a payment and were just mad they got reported to a credit agency.

Overall I wouldn't recommend QVC. They have an outdated business model, but refuse to update their plan. Technology, and retail has changed so much just in the last few years, yet QVC is stuck in it's model from 20 years ago, including their payscale.
