Latest Answer: Yes Bharath, i am agree with you. Me too have booked a flat in Akshaya project 5 yrs back in 2011. The builder promised to hand over the flat in 2 yrs i.e 2013. I was totally shocked when after two and half years they asked for one more year to complete the project and this goes on and on even today and it is not completed yet even in 2016 end.
