Jan 31, 2018 · A JFK employee (Not Alitalia affiliated) found our luggage at JFK and got it through to Alitalia to send to us. But they refused to get it sent directly to us and we had to drive 2 hours to another airport to pick up our bag then drive another 2 hours back. On the way home, it was more of the same.
