They did file closing papers in April and now at the end of September, I am waiting on my check. I have e-mail a couple of times, and once got a response that my check was coming soon.

He owns several scam companies and tries to hide them under LLC names as well as other names. They are all his. I have researched this guy online and look for yourself, he has so many bad complaints with the BBB that he obviously changed the name from American Timeshare Closing to ATC-LLC so that he can not be found under that name.

Jan 02, 2018 · We have a Welks timeshare that we purchased 9/29/16. Huge mistake. We reached out to American Consumer Credit, and was contacted by an agent. He said they would be able to get us out in 4-6 months. They have up to 12 months to get us out of contact or they will refund our $$.
