Amerilawyer Hangs up on me. I incorporated in 2016 using Amerilawyer.com. An attorney, Natalia Utrera filed all papers for me. I paid extra to have an EIN number for a sub chapter S filed as part of the corporation. I was informed by H and R block that the form (2553) which declares a for profit company to become a sub chapter S was never filed.

I've called multiple offices to obtain information on their services from Miami to Vegas and each person I spoke with (Kerry Baez and Caroline in Miami and Michael in Las Vegas) were VERY IMPATIENT AND SOMEWHAT RUDE as if my call was an inconvenience!
