I was a little worried because of all the bad reviews I have read. I rang the hotel and they couldn't find a booking under my name. Amoma advised that the hotel may need to search by their booking reference instead and upon a second attempt, all was OK. They found the prepaid booking. The check-in and stay went smoothly as well.

Aug 09, 2015 · An Amoma hotel voucher and Amoma’s booking reference number was emailed to me. A month before I was to fly out to Abu Dhabi, I contacted the hotel to verify my reservation and was surprised to learn that they did not a reservation under my name. I then became saddened to hear all the poor reviews about Amoma.
