I've phoned them 4 times asking when theyre going to install the windows and noone has got back to me (despite their promises that someone will phone me back). Its been 5 weeks now since my first phone call and Im getting very concerned Ive lost my deposit!

I said I would think about it and gave the nod to a local firm to do it for £8k. Apr 18, 2012 · Do not use Anglian Windows ,we recently spent 2o thousand pounds on wiindows and doors taking 5 and a half days to install. They were so bad that it took two fitters 5 days to correct the work.The finish is not good but at least the voids around the windows and gaps have been fixed. Every window and door required some attention.

We had a number of issues with their work - numerous broken tiles, broken windowsills, windows not locking/unlocking correctly the list goes on - and we are still to this day waiting for a customer service call back.
