After the death of my stepfather (who was a senior manager for ANZ for over 20 years I must add) our family spiralled into a financial crisis due to an unforeen situation. The way the ANZ bank acted towards our family and their customer (who always paid their fees on time for over 40 years) is simply disgusting and unforgivable.
