It would seem faulty unusable machines are common place under the APCOA regime. I have logged my complaint directly with APCOA complaints and also through Resolver - yet it's still not resolved, after nearly 2 months of my frequent intervention and personal time wasted. Initially APCOA denied receiving my evidence and wasted further time.

I had to waste much of my time going through the complaints procedure. I had the PCN withrawn eventually, but someone else might have given in and paid the £100 fine. I thought we were innocent until proven guilty in the UK. It seems not with APCOA.
