Oct 13, 2018 · Once the machine gets to the depot, use the chat on Lenovo website, complain and explain the situation to the support, and ask for an escalation. Unless you get the infamous "Part Not Available" status, your machine will most likely be repaired very quickly, and from my personal experience, I think they will take more care with your machine.
