Just 3 days later they (Apps Direct) rang to say they cant get the oven I bought, so I cant have it: nothing they can do about it. They have committed to refund what I paid but were rude and unconcerned that I'm now having to pay a premium to get the product elsewhere because I have already bought the other matching appliances and I need the set.

Bad Service from Appliances Direct. Having written a review for their website it wasn't published, cant think why :o) I bought a dishwasher from them, I had paid for unpacking and removing the rubbish but the delivery drivers would not do this, there was all broken glass on the top of my appliance so obviously they had broken someone else's appliance.
