The worst experience and customer service I have ever had has been with Apria Healthcare. I'm 50 years old and have dealt with hundreds of companys both privately and professionally. First off, instead of buying my CPAP machine along with the sleep study and all the other charges, some of it might have been covered by insurance.

I had apria in CO tens year moved to CA I thought it would be the same but no I had an HMO in CO they said so after four months I got a letter to give back the stuff or pay I do not have money so on Dec. 20, 2018 they pick up my oxygen I do not have a company yet which I had to found myself I never had to do that in CO so I am without oxygen and I thing apria could have help better.
