Feb 12, 2017 · Palmer's Kitchen, Bath, & Beyond was licensed with the Arizona Regstrar of Contractors #290037. The ROC required the contractor to fix the mess. The qualified party threantened us and had a criminal background. This company was fine when the founder Palmer Freund was alive but the son, Robert Freund, is a crook.
