I hate to leave a bad review anywhere but I really feel like this university is so unsupportive. I chose Athabasca Uni because they appeared to specialise in online study and I figured that they would be good at dealing with the typical concerns of anyone thinking about studying online.

Athabasca University has amazing tutors, texts, and books. Their lab materials are great too. Here is the issue; they are EXTREMELY backwards when it comes to technology. Myself and 3 other friends can vouch for this. Athabasca will use every opportunity to squeeze money out of you. They will charge unreasonable fees for simple requests.2.9/5(150)

Hello! I took a few online/correspondent courses at Athabasca. It was easier to take certain courses online rather than on campus at my university. I took first year chem, cell biology and greek mythology. For chem, they sent me a large box full of lab equipment so I could do experiments at home.
