At&t is a very large corporation and at the time we were given 401k benefits even though we were only part time employees. Cons The major con is that you're working at a call center and there undoubtedly difficult calls and customers that you're going to have to endure.2/5(15)

They offer a massage room, gym, cafe, store, game room, and much more to take your mind off of the stress. Oct 12, 2017 · Directv like most companies does not have a "complaint" department. They have customer care which handles many things, including complaints. Cell phone number, using shipper UPS, or store return is for AT&T equipment only, not Directv. Sounds like you were speaking to the wrong side of the company, which unfortunately is not a one-off occurrence.

Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.
