I booked a tour with Globus through Affordable Tours (also do not use). After paying for the trip, neither company was interested in speaking with me about questions I had about our trip. I booked an excursion directly on the Globus website, but they claim it is not their responsibility to send the vouchers. Affordable Tours claims its not theirs.3/5(30)

Very reasonably-priced considering what comes with it - hotel, airfare, breakfast, dinner and tours. However, need more worthwhile activities as many items are just bus stops and hanging around a particular area. The Globus app is certainly helpful. Would be interested in other tour packages as this is the first one I've had with Globus.

Speaking in generalizations and not trying to knock anyone, I think you will find that the one with the most complaints in this regard is Globus, then Perillo and Trafalgar, and the lowerst (best) is Road Scholar. But it really depends on two things.

Wonderful hotels, food, guides and price. The tours in Spain and Portugal were entertaining and informative. I have no complaints at all other than the fact that I hated for it all to end. I highly recommend using Globus. I will definitely be booking future trips.
