But don’t forget that the DSL plans come with a 1 TB data cap—unless you bundle with TV. AT&T Fiber is limited to certain areas, but it’s a great buy if you can get it. Re: Internet Complaint. You typically only have 30 days to cancel your contract, without penalty. In spite of claims to the contrary, ATT does not guarantee line speeds. Basically, as far at they seem to be concerned, if you have a connection at all, they have met their obligations for service.
