May 07, 2018 · I never came into the store on 7/23/2010 or the whole month of july 2010. I was in the store on 8/15/2010. The last time I was in the zales store was 7/19/2010 at 12:29 pm. I have the receipt showing the balance that I owed of $68.90. I was in the store on 8/15/2010 but kelly bollman and the sales associate gives me a receipt that shows 7/24/2010.

Zales is horrible company, Zales has put my daughter threw *** with her wedding set, sent in for resizing ended up having to do repairs they sent it back with missing diamonds FOUR MONTHS of waiting to receive her ring still messed up had it for a week diamond is broke and some fell out, in the process of contacting a lawyer and hopefully local tv stations.

Feb 07, 2002 · Call it coincidence or whatever, but I got a call from the manager of the Southern Hills Mall Zales store tonight. Seems he was talking to his boss and they decided that I should come out and pick out anything in the store that I wanted. So, I picked out a ruby and diamond pendant worth a little more than I had paid for my original piece.
