Having read many of The Complaints on your Facebook page, it seems that Zamels does not hold True to it's own policy in the Customer Complaints Policy in a high percentage of instances. I will never go back to zamel again. My advice never buy from zamels.. If you want real gold and something nice, I suggest going to "prouds jewellers" store, they work in Westfield Marion too. I totally recommend Prouds jewellery lovely customer service and I did check the gold from the store too at a pawn shop to make sure they sell real gold.1.5/5(100)
