my fiancé purchased my engagement ring from zamels on sale from $2499 to $1299 au. After having worn the ring only 4 months I took the ring in to be checked as the centre diamond appeared to have dropped. the sales assistant looked over the ring and said the diamond has definitely dropped we will need to send it off to our jeweller to be looked at.

Having read many of The Complaints on your Facebook page, it seems that Zamels does not hold True to it's own policy in the Customer Complaints Policy in a high percentage of instances. First one Zamels exchanged for us second one we were treated like it was our fault the watch was another dud so not impressed first with the customer service and second they refused to exchange or a refund.
