I agree with anyone who says Zenni Optical is a RIP OFF. I have had to return two pair of glasses and sun glasses. The prescription was ok but the frames were very disappointing and there is definitely not enough direction from the web site for a person to order the right glasses the first time.

This is my 9th pair of glasses with Zenni over about three years. Each frame and lens combo has been spot on. I love the Try On feature and the fact that Zenni is always coming up with new designs. It wasn't a big deal. 4) If you pay $30 for a pair of glasses, and then end up paying another $2 to ship them back if there is a problem, you are still way better off than paying $300 for the SAME THING at some shop.
