Aug 26, 2014 · I've been a loyal AT&T user for over 30 years. Earlier in the year I had to drop my cell phone because they wouldn't provide service for a 2g phone. A few months ago, I canceled my t my landline because NO ONE could resolve an issue with my online payment acct. Worst of all is U-Verse Wireless Internet.

Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.
