It's misleading you get an iPhone 8 free if you purchase on which isn't true you have to add 20 a month to your bill which in turn saves 8 dollars on a regular 8 and 14 on a plus .

All this does is submit against the AT&T site, I had a phone that AT&T wouldn't unlock if you went to their site, they said it was 'not found', but I confirmed it was locked by AT&T - what not found means is that it won't unlock via the free unlock by AT&T. Just go to AT&T's URL to unlock the phone, if that doesn't work, this won't either.

Oct 22, 2013 · Sorry. My iphone 5 didn't have any issue not connecting it just wouldn't be LTE. All I will say then is try resetting network settings or restore your phone and try again. The reason why I said it's not an apple issue, is because there would be more publicity on it. Here people come for issues out of the millions of iphone 5's sold.
