Aug 31, 2010 · On the rare occasion I've had a problem with my landlord, the Austin Tenant's Council is awesome! Very prompt at answering and helpful. Just mentioning that I talked to them got immediate results in resolving my problem! There's no reason to swelter. Ask to stay in the model apartment. That's what mine offered.
