Mar 15, 2016 · Avid Payment Solutions debited my bank account $750 after one month of inactivity. When I called they said it was because they thought I had left. They were extremely rude over the phone, condescending, and unethical. Lelia Lee talked down to me like I was a child. I have my Ph.D and have run multiple successful business for nearly 20 years.

Avid Payment Solutions is a horrible company to work with! I strongly caution any business from allowing Avid Payment Solutions to process their businesses' credit card transactions. Clinton Baller is a snake and will raise prices after you have already agreed to a certain rate. Their Customer Support is uneducated at best. Ms.1/5(3)
