I've used Avistar app. 8 - 10 times over the past few years. Most recently there has been a noticed decline in the return service from the airport to their facility. This is the 2nd time out of the last 3 times I've used Avistar that it has taken app. 40 minutes to get picked up from the airport and no excuse or explanation was offered.
