Oct 05, 2011 · If you DON'T fasten as Azek recommends, you will have problems. I've seen several decks built by "deck contractors" where the fascia is warping and buckling because it wasn't done correctly. You have to be very careful trying to talk a client out of a product they want to use. Push them too much and they will take their business elsewhere.
