Apr 06, 2017 · Escalating the entire issue to British Airways Customer Relations brought no result except them either stonewalling or ‘investigating’ the case without reply. Here was their final response 3 months after the flight and immediate complaint: In light of the circumstances and total delay that response is absolute baloney.

It seems that BA will act impetuously, arbitrarily and erroneously, potentially causing huge inconvenience and cost to customers, will attribute blame to other companies without any evidence, cite policies that don't exist as justification for their actions, and will then refuse to engage with, let alone consider or respond to, the substance of any complaint arising as a result, and all whilst maintaining the deceit that it cares for customers…

Jan 12, 2011 · if you are logged in to BAEC and are at least Gold you will get a response from UK customer relations in a shorter time period (but not necessarily of any higher quality). If your issue is with First you would be better off contacting the You First team.
